My company is not based in Paris. Can we still work together?
I usually work fully remotely via video calls and collaborative platforms, but some projects benefit from in-person sessions, like on-site testing or ideation workshops. If you’re based in Paris or elsewhere in Europe, I can come to your office—travel costs will be included in our agreement. The aim is always to keep communication smooth and the project moving forward, wherever you are.
I want full access to the source files at the end of the project.
For Brand Identity and logo design projects, I do not provide full source files in order to protect intellectual property and ensure the work maintains its quality and integrity. However, I deliver ready-to-use assets and full variations across different packages—Social Media, Office, and Marketing—containing everything you need to implement your communication strategy, along with guidance for implementation.

For freelance Product Design projects, where I have access to your company’s Figma or Unreal files, you will have full edit access to my work, enabling close collaboration and a smooth handover.

For website projects, you always have full access to your hosting and can make basic content updates. Layout, brand colors, and design system elements typically remain under my management to ensure consistency. If you require ongoing maintenance or continuous support, we can discuss a tailored plan.
Are your assets protected by author rights?
Yes, all creative assets are protected under author rights. Together, we define the usage terms, duration, and conditions tailored to your project’s needs. In most cases, a full worldwide, perpetual license isn’t necessary—only what’s required for your intended use.
How do we agree on deliverables and invoices?
Every project begins with a signed agreement that clearly outlines deliverables and payment terms, ensuring full transparency and alignment from the start. At the end of the contract—on the date specified in the agreement—I will issue an invoice based on the agreed-upon flat rate or daily rate, depending on the scope and duration of the project. If the deliverables or conditions evolve during the project, the invoice will be adjusted accordingly.
Payment Terms
Quote Issued
Before the project begins, I can provide a detailed quote specifying the scope, deliverables, timeline, and estimated costs. Approval in writing is required before work starts. Any adjustments to the scope may result in an updated quote or will be incorporated into the final invoice.

Invoice and Payment
An invoice will be issued at the completion of the project (or according to agreed terms). Payment can be made via bank transfer.

Payment Deadline
Payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise specified in the contract. For milestone-based projects, each milestone invoice is due within 15 days of issuance.
Late payments incur interest of 5% per month on the outstanding amount. Any disputes regarding invoices must be raised within 7 days of receipt. Payment for undisputed portions remains due.

Deposit (if applicable)
A deposit of 30–50% may be required before work begins, depending on project type and scope. The remaining balance is payable according to the agreed schedule.
